Why is it that by human nature, we can't be grateful with what we already have?
Sigh.. I guess it is just natural for us to want new and better things. Be it a new phone, computer or tv. Im sure noone would reject the notion of someone giving us the latest most advanced computer if it doesnt cause any trouble to anyone else. Or maybe the latest Iphone 4G for free? would you reject it if it were offered to you with no charge at all? I know I wouldn't.
The only problem t0 this is, nothing is free.
Nothing comes for free without first having to put in work and effort into it.
Lets put it this way.
If you want a new car, you have to work to get and save money before being able to afford it. However, why do you still want a new one even though when you finally got that car that you worked hard for, after using it for a year or 2?
Its mind boggling why this is the case. As much as I don't need a new laptop at the moment, I do want a new 1, even though mine is still perfectly fine.

Its annoying that, I do want a new 1, though my current 1 is perfectly fine. Can't I just be satisfied with it?

if you ever gonna be satisfied with anything you got now, you'll never gonna be improved... the problem is whether you're gonna APPRECIATE what you've now or not~~ and that, you just have to say thanks for everything, and of course, just go and get what you want~~ oh and, no pain, no gain~~
ReplyDeleteHahaha, fair enough.. =) However, there will be the cases where to improve, you'll have to burden others for it. Now those are the things that will cause problems =/
