hey,
Is it just me, or is does it happen to everyone?
Sometimes you just wonder whether you've chosen the right choice, wether you've taken the right path. Sometimes, when you look at the other choices, you regret that you didn't take them.. Maybe I should have just waited a bit longer, be more patient, taken my time..
There are just so many things that could have happened differently. Sometimes, when I look at what I am currently doing, I wonder, Why AM I taking chemical engineering? I mean, maybe engineering would be some interest, but why chemical? I mean, I hate chemistry! I only got 5C in the subject in SPM. Why didn't I take Brandon's course, Geology. I find it so much more interesting, and for that matter, I got 1A in it in SPM, and I only had a month's worth of class for it cos it used to clash with my biology class in school.
When I listen to them discussing about their school stuff, all their field trips, oh man, how I'd love to go for them...
If not, why didn't I take something along the line of electrical or mechanical engineering? It would have been probably of much more interest to me...
Sometimes, I wonder, wether back in the days after SPM, I should have persisted with my family to become a pilot. My mum said I should take a degree 1st so that if I got bored flying I have something else to do. my grandmother on the other hand totally went against it completely, she would rather me do ANYTHING else but flying...
And then I go further back in time, where I wanted to become a mathematician. Like The Mathematician. I loved maths and I personally believe I am really good in it. If you ask anyone who knows me well enough in secondary school, they would almost synonimize me with maths I would think, if there were a subject that I could have been synonimized with.(Not sure wether that is an actual word though).
I guess, thinking of all these things, there was always a reason to why I didn't choose the others. And I actually now come to believe that comparing to what I feel towards my course right now, I feel that I should have went for any of them instead. Sigh, maybe I'm just feeling a bit depressed right now...
I guess, the main reason for me to come into chemical engineering was the fact that I could literally go into any other field after that as there are so many transferable skills.. Well maybe except being a doctor, then again, bio was my worst subject in SPM so doubt that matters... Sigh, maybe I'm just at fault for not really deciding what I want as a career just yet.. I mean, I've always stayed and taken the course that gives me a wide option still, that was Science stream in SPM, physical science foundation in my pre-univesity(Though life science would have given me more option, but my Bio wasnt good enough back in school) and now chemical engineering.. Sigh, whatever la, can't do anything about it now really, just havta go and end this. just another year to go, or 2...
Peace out people! thanks for reading my ramblings and thoughts! hahah! sorry if its a waste of time.
Where do you wanna go next?

Ahh, the case of the changing time zone..
Hey people!
Yeah, am now back in Manchester.. New room, new building, new flatmates, new classes.. I've been rather busy since I got back, what with all the 'unstoraging',unpacking and arranging.. Ahhh, settling back down is alot of work, and causes alot of muscle aches... My back and arms hurt from all the heavy stuff that we carried..
So yeah, as you'd prolly expect as well, im jetlagged, Ive never slept so early nor woken up earlier(Besides the other times i've been jetlagged la).. Its 8.30am at the moment, and i woke up at like 5+..i might take a nap till 9.45 and then get ready for football..
As much as I'd love to keep on sleeping and waking up like this cos its really good for me studying, it is impossible for me to keep it that way.. soon enough, I'd be staying up gradually later and later and finally get back to the usual habit of not sleeping before 12... so yeah, but the quickest way is of course to force myself to stay up later, but half of me for once actually wants to sleep early for this year.. we'll just havta see then.. Neways, I'm gonna take that little bit of sleep left and get ready for football later..
Peace out people!

Some dreams will never turn into reality...
Hey,
Yeah, If you've read my blog a month or two ago, I have mentioned something along these lines as well, and again I feel I ought to blog about it..
So yeah, "Some dreams will never turn into reality.." Yeah, some people say nothing is impossible.. But when you really really think about it, there are loads of things that can't be done... I guess its just how things are really... All we could really do is accept these things...
Lets have a reality check, I'd love to become a professional footballer! But at my age, thats impossible. At least not to become a pro that is.. You'd havta at least have trained since you were a child with proper coaching to be a professional football player...
I've been playing football manager recently... the past two versions of 2010 and 2009, I've been managing the team Millwall from Coca Cola League 2. In the game, I'm earning a weekly wage of 3.7K pounds per week. Now after, playing for some time, I was offered to be manager of Athlético Madrid which pays me 26k every week in pounds..
It really got me thinking the amount of money real managers are really earning.. Yeah I know its not that good a think to be so money minded, but when you think of it, people like me, is it really possible to earn that money weekly?
There are plenty more cases that I could easily describe really.. but some things, no matter how much you really want them or try to get them, they just can't become yours...
Anyhow, I'm gonna be off, Tottenham vs Arsenal just started playing!
Peace out people!

Its that time again to pack and leave..
Hey people, as most of you would know, I'm heading back to Manchester soon...
(I assume people in UK knows that school is about to start, and those in KK would at least know through me mentioning it before)
So yeah, am having really mixed feelings now.. For once, I won't be heading home during christmas.. So im rather missing KK already, even though I am home at the moment, strange enough.. sigh..
Guess there just isnt any replacing home is there?
With all your friends and family who you grew up with being there, people whom you've spent a considerable amount of your life with.. Also all the food that you have back at home! Ahhh, my grandma's soto, and sliced meat cooked in soy sauce and my all time favourite fried sail fish! ahaha, just love that, tenggiri tastes good as well! Theres also the pai kut wong that you dont find in Manchester that I've loved since I was a child.. I am so gonna miss it... We also have much much much cheaper cinema tickets here in KK! can go to RM5 which is about £1.. There are soo many things that you just can't find anywhere else really.. The local fruits as well! Mangoes, durians, magosteen, langsats, and plenty more that I'd rather not think of! hahah!
(Soto- not my grandma's though, its taken from the net)

(Pai Kut Wong/Pai Kuat Wong/King Spare Ribs)
(Mangosteen/Manggis)

(Durian)

(Mangoes/Mangga)
Man I haven't ate today, starting to feel hungry... ahahha.. So yeah, as you would expect from a lover of FOOD, I've gained like 4-6kgs since I got back, and wow, those little bit of weight can really show!.... Hopefully being back in Manchester, and not being spoon fed every couple of hours, with the presence of my usual sports again, I'd get back into shape! hahah..
Oh man, theres also all the things you can actually do here, like going to kundasang, going fishing! and I can actually drive here seeing as I got a car! So yeah, I can go anywhere, and not have to walk such a distance! And I'm so gonna miss my soft bed, and pillows... Theres just so many things I'd miss home for...
(My car is red though)
Though I'd havta say, theres 2 sides of the coins almost al the time, hahah! I am really excited about going back to Manchester! If you'd read my older post, I almost couldn't have gotten back!.. Thank goodness I managed to pass my resits!
So now all I need is to got 1st class in the next sem and the one after that, and hopefully, I can apply for an MEng or perhaps MSc.. Havta see how things go I guess... Lots of things I needta do and people to convince...
Back to being excited! Can't wait to meet all my Mancunian friends! Play football, badminton and maybe even Table Tennis again! And I can't not mention the internet that is uncountably more faster!! Also I can finally get my blackberry repaired! ahhh, it costs RM500 here or £100, could have easily gotten a new phone! so yeah, thank goodness I'm paying for insurance and so I can repair the phone! Lets not forget all the football matches! ahhh, too bad I didnt realize City v Chelsea is this friday, had I realized earlier, I'd have bought the tickets some time ago! The seats that are available are way up, which are nothing compared to the 1st and 2nd tier where you can actually feel how real supporters support their clubs! And added to that, 3rd tier is literally just like watching it through tv, only much much more expensive!! Ahh, hopefully the next few matches instead then... hahah..
Anyways, I better be off now, hahah, needta go cut my hair and start packing! Don't wanna rush later, and having a hair cut in Manchester, costs a bomb compared to back home.... hahaha! seeya later guys! thanks for reading!
PS: Our Mangoes taste tonnes better than the ones found in Manchester, and as you can see, the colours are different as well!
PPS:Thanks to all the real owners of the photos!

Through to 3rd Year!!
Yes!! Thank God! Praise the Lord and my dearest mother Mary!
If you're wondering whats up, I'm through to the 3rd year!! Ahhhh...
Honestly, I thought I did really badly in the thermodynamics. I didnt even manage to answer half the questions!!! Ahhh... And i needed at least 40% to get through!
All I've been doing recently was pray and hope that all goes well... Like literally pray more than I've ever prayed before! Especially to the Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus.. Think of me what you will, but I am really grateful towards Her... Like seriously!
So yeah, I haven't really had the time to update my blog recently. I've been rather busy! Sorry to all those who actually do check here occasionally! and thanks if you do!
Anyways, am in Kundasang at the moment, spending a night here with family, and heading back to KK tomorow! Finally I am completely free from worry and can really look forward to entering 3rd year! woohoo!!
And again I thank You mother Mary for everything you have done for someone undeserving like me!
