(I assume people in UK knows that school is about to start, and those in KK would at least know through me mentioning it before)
So yeah, am having really mixed feelings now.. For once, I won't be heading home during christmas.. So im rather missing KK already, even though I am home at the moment, strange enough.. sigh..
Guess there just isnt any replacing home is there?
With all your friends and family who you grew up with being there, people whom you've spent a considerable amount of your life with.. Also all the food that you have back at home! Ahhh, my grandma's soto, and sliced meat cooked in soy sauce and my all time favourite fried sail fish! ahaha, just love that, tenggiri tastes good as well! Theres also the pai kut wong that you dont find in Manchester that I've loved since I was a child.. I am so gonna miss it... We also have much much much cheaper cinema tickets here in KK! can go to RM5 which is about £1.. There are soo many things that you just can't find anywhere else really.. The local fruits as well! Mangoes, durians, magosteen, langsats, and plenty more that I'd rather not think of! hahah!
(Soto- not my grandma's though, its taken from the net)(Pai Kut Wong/Pai Kuat Wong/King Spare Ribs)
(Mangosteen/Manggis)
(Durian)

(Mangoes/Mangga)
Man I haven't ate today, starting to feel hungry... ahahha.. So yeah, as you would expect from a lover of FOOD, I've gained like 4-6kgs since I got back, and wow, those little bit of weight can really show!.... Hopefully being back in Manchester, and not being spoon fed every couple of hours, with the presence of my usual sports again, I'd get back into shape! hahah..
Oh man, theres also all the things you can actually do here, like going to kundasang, going fishing! and I can actually drive here seeing as I got a car! So yeah, I can go anywhere, and not have to walk such a distance! And I'm so gonna miss my soft bed, and pillows... Theres just so many things I'd miss home for...
(My car is red though)Though I'd havta say, theres 2 sides of the coins almost al the time, hahah! I am really excited about going back to Manchester! If you'd read my older post, I almost couldn't have gotten back!.. Thank goodness I managed to pass my resits!
So now all I need is to got 1st class in the next sem and the one after that, and hopefully, I can apply for an MEng or perhaps MSc.. Havta see how things go I guess... Lots of things I needta do and people to convince...
Back to being excited! Can't wait to meet all my Mancunian friends! Play football, badminton and maybe even Table Tennis again! And I can't not mention the internet that is uncountably more faster!! Also I can finally get my blackberry repaired! ahhh, it costs RM500 here or £100, could have easily gotten a new phone! so yeah, thank goodness I'm paying for insurance and so I can repair the phone! Lets not forget all the football matches! ahhh, too bad I didnt realize City v Chelsea is this friday, had I realized earlier, I'd have bought the tickets some time ago! The seats that are available are way up, which are nothing compared to the 1st and 2nd tier where you can actually feel how real supporters support their clubs! And added to that, 3rd tier is literally just like watching it through tv, only much much more expensive!! Ahh, hopefully the next few matches instead then... hahah..
Anyways, I better be off now, hahah, needta go cut my hair and start packing! Don't wanna rush later, and having a hair cut in Manchester, costs a bomb compared to back home.... hahaha! seeya later guys! thanks for reading!
PS: Our Mangoes taste tonnes better than the ones found in Manchester, and as you can see, the colours are different as well!
PPS:Thanks to all the real owners of the photos!
